About Mochiguma Translations

A collective of fan translators who can't seem to stop torturing themselves with the works of Morimi Tomihiko. We are NOT officially affiliated in any way with Morimi or the copyright holders of his works.

Currently we consist of:

  • koiabi (translator, website doofus)
  • eerabbit (editor, H20 aficionado)

Our first product was The Tatami Galaxy (RIP), which koiabi translated (very, very poorly) way back in 2013. eerabbit started working on an independent translation of the same book a little later alongside another former member (griff); we pooled our efforts in 2015 to put out an edited version of TTG, and the rest is history.
